We are continuing the grow our team with experienced experts in their fields. These accomplished individuals will help guide World Tree through a period of expansion into new markets, and refinement of our operations and procedures.

Terry Rodrigue – Chief Operating Officer 

Terry is a professional engineer and an experienced entrepreneur and business executive. He founded and grew an engineering company from one person to almost 500 professionals providing a wide variety of services to public and private clients throughout the Western United States. The company managed the planning, design and construction of billions of dollars of infrastructure and was the recipient of numerous awards and accolades. Terry has an MBA from the University of Southern California and has provided executive level consulting to public agencies and private companies throughout his career.

Daniel de Souza – Applied Operations and Audit Controls

Daniel has a background in establishing and managing tree plantations for pulp and paper production, and for carbon offset projects in the U.S and Venezuela. He has extensively researched methods to increase carbon capture and forest growth, while sustainably producing wood and biomass for a variety of end products.  He has a Ph.D. in Forest Management, and an MS and BS in Forestry.
