Living assets, already in the ground.

A real asset program backed by over a decade of field operations, eight thousand planted acres, and a commercial lumber pipeline that shipped its first full truckload in 2026.

One crop, start to finish.

The Eco-Tree Program is how accredited investors back a specific crop of paulownia. Each year we open a new series that funds that year's planting; your participation follows that exact crop from the ground to the sale of its lumber, and returns are tied to that harvest, not to a fund or a portfolio.

  1. 01

    The series is funded

Accredited investors fund the year's planting through the Eco-Tree Program.

  2. 02

    We plant

Lab propagated trees from our exclusive cultivar collection go to carefully screened farms.

  3. 03

    Farmers grow

Farmers provide land and care under long term agreements, with our agronomists alongside them.

  4. 04

    We harvest and sell

In eight to twelve years we handle harvest, milling, grading, and the sale of the lumber.

The first harvest begins in 2026.

The first Eco-Tree Program harvest is scheduled for late 2026. The pipeline that turns trees into revenue is already running, with the first full truckload of paulownia lumber shipped to a signed buyer in March 2026.

Capital comes back first.

When a crop is harvested and sold, investors receive a return of their invested capital before any profits are shared. Remaining profits are then split three ways.

Why now?

  1. Kiln dried paulownia packs in the lumber yard
    01

    Demand outpaces supply

Global demand for wood products is projected to quadruple by 2050, even as traditional hardwood supply keeps shrinking.

  2. Paulownia millwork in a hotel interior
    02

    Class A by code

California's wildland code now mandates Class A materials in fire hazard zones.

  3. Drone view over paulownia rows
    03

    Degraded land only

Every farm sits on unforested land, so outcomes are net additional.

  4. Banded packs of kiln-dried paulownia boards at the lumber yard
    04

    The pipeline is live

Signed buyers, repeat customers, and lumber already moving to market.
