Regeneration at institutional scale.

We co-develop dedicated agroforestry projects with family offices and institutions: farms sized to your mandate, with our operating platform underneath.

How a project comes together.

A project is a dedicated mandate, not a fund. We design and operate it with you, from the first acre to the sale of the lumber.

  1. 01

    We design it with you

Structure, scale, tenor, and impact goals are set to your mandate before a tree goes in.

  2. 02

    We secure the land

One or more farms in a chosen region, planted only on unforested, degraded acres.

  3. 03

    Our platform operates it

Genetics, agronomy, field monitoring, harvest, and lumber sales, all run by our team.

  4. 04

    You see it measured

Independent impact reporting and field data through the full life of the project.

Regenerative by design.

Every project pairs paulownia with site specific production layers: annual food crops, perennial intercrops, and livestock where it fits. Crops produce revenue while the timber grows, and roughly a quarter of each property is set aside as forest reserve.

  • Paulownia as the primary crop
  • Food crops and livestock layered site by site
  • Around 25% of each property held as forest reserve

Projects underway.

Our first projects anchor in Limón, Costa Rica, the growing region where we have run research and development for nearly a decade: Las Delicias, a 2,000 acre regenerative farm, and La Cabaña, at 3,052 acres. A wider pipeline of properties is in early diligence across the Americas.

Built with specialists.

We design and operate each project with partners who bring their own field record.

Project structures, timelines, and returns are shared directly with qualified institutions. Every conversation starts with your mandate and the land.

A better way to grow value.
